Our one-day camps, held during school breaks, offer a unique opportunity to engage with educators and community partners. Each camp is designed to spark curiosity, foster new skills, and inspire future career aspirations. From healthcare simulations to creative arts, every Discovery Day promises a day full of learning and fun.

Healthcare & Innovative Technology

Students will explore healthcare careers through age-appropriate simulations and activities. Participants may practice basic medical techniques, investigate human anatomy, and engage in realistic healthcare scenarios using the Higher Ed Center’s new simulation labs.
Make & Create
November 3, 2026

In partnership with regional providers such as William King Museum, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and local artist Connie Anderson, students will explore visual arts, design, creative hands-on projects that encourage imagination, communication, and self-expression.

Registration is handled through our Eventbrite page, where families can select the desired camp dates and complete the registration.
