Registration and Cancellation Policies
Our registration process is straightforward and requires pre-registration for all classes. You can register online or contact our office for assistance.
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least five days before the event. Cancellations made four days or less before the event will receive a training voucher.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. We also offer invoicing upon request.
What happens if a class is cancelled?
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will notify you five days prior and issue a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I don't attend?
No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations without prior notice. Please notify us in writing to qualify for a refund or voucher.
