Mindfulness for Educators

Mindfulness is about being fully aware of moment-to-moment thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in regards to whatever is happening without the lens of judgment in the service of self-understanding and awareness. It consists of cultivating awareness and living in the here and now. Mindfulness involves a set of techniques and methods for systematically developing this awareness and skillfully managing life challenges. Register here to join us for Mindfulness Mondays coming in August.
