The Information Technology (IT) Department provides and supports the latest in cutting edge technology for classes, professional development, and special events at the Higher Education Center.

The experienced and knowledgeable IT staff takes great strides to meet the unique needs of faculty, students, and event participants.

One of the most visible and used technologically enhanced spaces is the Grand Hall.  Fifteen LED spotlights, a digital sound system, and several portable LED lighting towers are available for client usage.  The Grand Hall also has the ability to record and web stream events live on the Internet.  From a small meeting to a large concert with hundreds of attendees, the Grand Hall is fully technologically equipped to make your event a huge success.

Multiple classrooms are equipped with overhead LCD projectors, dropdown projection screens, computers, Blu-ray players, overhead speakers, and laptop input connections.  Larger rooms, such as the Executive Auditorium, also have such amenities such as surround sound and a microphone system.  Additionally, multi-point video conference is available in many rooms so that clients can converse with colleagues across town or across the world.

The facility provides conveniences throughout such as wireless Internet access, free public telephones, and free charging stations for cell phones and other mobile devices.  The Higher Education Center is a very technologically sophisticated and enabled venue.
