Registration:
Students may register in person, by mail, telephone or fax.
Phone registrations can be made by calling the UVA Southwest Center at
276-619-4312 or 276-619-4313. Courses that lack sufficient
enrollment are subject to cancellation prior to the first class meeting.
If a course is cancelled for insufficient enrollment, only
pre-registered students can be notified.

Tuition payments may accompany registration by personal check, money order
(payable to University of Virginia), Visa or MasterCard. Tuition
and fees must be paid by the first class meeting.
Technology fee:
$4.00 per credit hour for each credit
course registration.
Tuition refunds: All requests for refunds must be made in
writing to the UVA Southwest Center office. Notifying the instructor
does not constitute an official request to drop the class. A full refund
will be made automatically if a course must be canceled due to
insufficient enrollment. The amount of refund will vary depending on how
many times the class has met. Call the UVA Southwest Center for a
refund schedule that applies to your course.
Textbooks: Textbooks will be on sale at the UVA Southwest
Center prior to the first class meeting date. Contact the office
regarding information for specific courses.
