Register Early! - Students are requested to register as early as possible, and no later than one week before the course begins. To register, complete a registration form and return it with payment in full to the appropriate institution offering the course, or call 276-619-4300. Payment is due at registration and must be paid by the date your first class meets. Students registering by phone may pay by credit card. K-12 teachers must complete an eligibility form to qualify for educators tuition rate at Virginia Tech. In all cases, the decision as to whether courses have sufficient registration to materialize will be made by the program director based on pre-registration data. It is important to register early to ensure that a space is reserved for you in the class. Tuition rates listed are for Virginia residents.

Courses To Be Announced - The dates and times for some courses listed may not be finalized. In such cases the words "To Be Announced" or "TBA" will appear. Additional courses are often added. Contact the Center for current information or look for updates posted here at the website.

Transfer Of Credits - Students seeking to apply credit earned through one of the SVHEC partners towards a degree at another institution should obtain approval from the ACCEPTING institution before enrolling in the course.

Sponsored Students - Persons whose tuition is sponsored in whole or in part by an agency should be aware that the student is ultimately responsible for tuition if the sponsor fails to pay for any reason.
