Participants will learn to build crisis communication teams and set up notification systems. Case studies will be used to help participants plan for potential threats by examining worse case scenarios for companies, organizations, and agencies. Crisis Management will teach ways to take care of victims and their families, how to keep a business going during a crisis, how to interact with the media, and how to handle social media that can hinder or help a situation.
